Shipping policy

Fidelitech ("we" and "us") is the operator of onaholeworld.com ("Website"). By placing an order through onaholeworld, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the before-tax price and destination of the items in the order.

Onaholeworld offers

  • Free shipping on orders over $69 (CAD/USD) across North America!
  • For orders below $69 (CAD/USD), we offer the following amazing rates to our customers:
    • a flat rate of $9.99 Canadian dollars for Canadian orders
    • a flat rate of $9.99 US dollars for US orders.
    • a flat rate of $13.99 US dollars for US orders uner $20.

Dispatch Time

We ship orders via UPS/Fedex/Chichat/Canada Post. Orders will be shipped within 1 business day.

Discreet Shipping & Billing

We value your privacy and ensure that all orders are shipped discreetly. Your items will arrive in plain, unbranded boxes with no logos. The shipping labels will not contain any specific product information. For added discretion, the transaction on your bank or credit card statement will simply appear as "OW XXX".

Alternative Delivery Options

If receiving a package at your home address is inconvenient, we offer secure pickup alternatives:

  • United States: You may choose to ship your order to a nearby UPS Access Point.
  • Canada: You may choose to ship your order to a Canada Post PO Box.

Please note: If you select one of these alternative pickup locations, the recipient's name on the order must exactly match your valid government-issued ID, which will be required to claim your package.

Shipping to Remote & Sensitive Locations

For orders shipping to remote areas or sensitive addresses (such as military addresses, rural routes, or certain PO Boxes), we utilize specific carriers to ensure your package is delivered reliably:

  • Canada: Orders to these locations are generally shipped via Canada Post.
  • United States: Orders to these locations are generally shipped via USPS.

Please note: Due to the nature of these locations, our standard and express delivery timeframes may not apply. Please allow for additional transit time when shipping to remote or sensitive addresses.

Pre-order Items & items out of stock

If an item within the order is a pre-ordered product or out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your entire order. Existing items in the order will be reserved unless being notified otherwise. Please find the contact information at the bottom of the page if you need available items to be shipped to you.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive an email with a tracking number from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Duties & Taxes

Sales tax will be applied to the price of the goods at the final checkout stage

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be undertaken by onaholeworld, without any additional fees to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Insurance

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
